Jasen, or Coach Jay, brings nearly 25 years of aerospace and defense expertise to his coaching practice and specializes in executive and professional development. With a passion for empowering leaders and professionals, he combines real-world leadership experience with proven strategies to drive growth and success.
As an engineering leader, Jay's led complex engineering projects, leader-managed large high-performing teams, and delivered mission-critical solutions to those in high-risk environments. His engineering career has consistently focused on System Safety, Reliability and Maintainability, Quality, and 'flawless execution' by bridging the gap between technical excellence and corporate strategy.
Trained through an accredited Level-2 Professional Certified Coach (PCC) program, Jay supports individuals and teams in managing change, adopting agile values and principles, and strengthening trust and psychological safety. Jay is a PADI / HSA Scuba Instructor, Search & Rescue Technician, HAM Radio Technician, and has earned an AAS in Outdoor Leadership and Recreational Technology along with degrees in Leadership, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Management, and Business.
